PLEASE NOTE:
This class will be limited to 20 attendees and we will have a registration deadline of June 1st, 2022. The pre-requisites will be due no later than June 6th, 2022 and are as follows:

• Submit the following paperwork ( you will receive once you register )
                 o “Agreement for Emergency Vehicle Operator Course Materials”
                 o EVOC Train-the-Trainer Pre-Requisite Confirmation Packet
                 o Instructor Candidate Background Information form
                 o “Agency Instructor Designation” form to be signed by the candidate’s Chief officer, Director or their designee.

Either have completed the appropriate EVOC course within the last 12 months or satisfactorily complete all E-Learning EVOC units. Satisfactory completion is to take the time to view all content and pass the quiz for each unit. I  will take the time to verify each unit is taken in full. If a unit does not meet the time requirement which is a 1-2 minute leeway, We will ask you to retake that unit. 

PLEASE NOTE: The required forms will be sent within 24-48 hours of registration! 

The first 20 seats will go to the first 20 attendees to complete the prerequisites in full, once these 20 seats are filled I will begin a standby list in case someone cannot attend.
